- $ 150.00/HR Holidays (No Minimum).
* Travel is calculated portal to portal from the nearest office.

If services are required within a 150 mile radius of the designated, local office, the following will apply:
- Mileage, at $ .60 per mile
- Lodging (if required) at cost
- Meals and miscellaneous expenses (tolls, parking) at cost.
If services are required outside a 150 mile radius of the designated local office, the following may apply:
- Mileage to and from airport at $ .60 per mile
- Airfare, at cost
- Rental vehicle, at cost
- Lodging (if required) at cost.
- Meals and miscellaneous expenses (tolls, parking) at cost.
